The VAPOR Medicine Cooler is great for your travels off the beaten path. It only requires to be soaked in water every couple days to maintain its cooling effect. This is the ideal way to keep your medicines cool while traveling, backpacking, or out for the day or an extended stay. The VAPOR is able to keep your medicines 5-20 degrees cooler than the outside ambient temperature. Use with medicine pens, vials, and cases to keep them from extreme temperatures.

How it Works:
The VAPOR uses evaporative cooling to regulate the interior temperature between 5-20 degrees cooler than the ambient outside temperature. This is great for insulin you are currently using which requires at or below room temperatures. The ancient camel trade routes in the middle east would employ this same technology by placing a clay pot within another clay pot and sandwiching wet sand between the two pots to create an inner clay pot that was cool. This was used to store food over the long trek over the desert. The symmetrical design of the VAPOR allows it to be folded and closed in a horizontal position for items such as insulin pens and EpiPens, and also vertical for items such as insulin vials.
Instructions for Use:
- Soak in clean water for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from water and pat dry to remove excess water.
- Place medicine and optional carry strap in cooling pouch.
- Fold over and snap closed.
- Keep out of direct sun.
- Repeat steps every 2-3 days to maintain cooling effectiveness.
Storing:
Keep the zip top bag and clear plastic card for storage. Reattach the snaps on the VAPOR to the snaps on the plastic card and place in the zip top storage bag. If the VAPOR is completely unwetted (dry) place a small amount of water in the bag and seal shut. Do not store in direct sun.

Clean with water and small amount of soap. NOT dishwasher or machine washable. All materials are non-toxic.
